All orders will go through Paypal.
Custom Orders
Because I am a mom and I am aware that unexpected things happen, I will not exactly do custom orders.
However, that being said, If contacted I will take customs into consideration without entering into a contract to do so.
This means that if asked to make a piece in a certain size and using certain colours I have the discression to do so if I am inspired. However, it will not be a contract and if/when it is finished I will offer it for sale with priority going to the person that asked. (I will contact by e-mail and once posted on Red Threads the piece will be pending for 3 days unless an answer is given)

Returns
My goal is Quality and I make every piece with pride. If however, you do want to return an item, I must ask that you contact me by e-mail as soon as possible.
If I can’t satisfy your concern through e-mail, we will discuss the terms of the return. In all cases of returned merchandise except defective merchandise, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. All returns will be in the form of credit for other items on this site or future items except in the case of defective merchandise. Of course, if it’s worn or washed, I can’t accept it back unless there’s a defect.
